The test drive is a one-time $5 payment. It does not turn into a subscription and nothing is charged when the 7 days end. Continuing is a separate choice you make.
If you do not continue with a paid plan, the meetings from your test drive (the recordings, transcripts, scans and the briefs made from them) are scheduled for deletion 14 days after the test drive starts, which is 7 days after it ends. Continue on a paid plan and everything stays where it is. This applies to the Test Drive only: on a paid plan, the retention period removes just a meeting's original audio, and its brief, transcript, and notes are kept.

Business requires at least three seats, and every seat adds to one shared pool of meeting minutes, AI actions, and storage that the whole workspace draws from. Enterprise is intended for larger organizations and requires at least ten seats or an agreed minimum annual commitment.
